Oh oh! Looks like I am slowly getting heavy now. There are only two reasons I can put my blame in gaining weight, I have been consistently taking my multivitamins and that could be one of the reasons why no matter how I tried not to eat too much at night time, this stubborn weight keep getting into my way. The second thing is I changed birth control pills. This one I am taking right now is a lot cheaper than what my OB originally prescribed me.
If I continue getting heavier then looking for best diet pills could be an option. I haven't tried it but I am willing to do anything I can just to maintain my desired weight. Too heavy or too much fat in me is such a burden that it makes me feel lazy and weak. So it is good to be fit all the time.
