One of the many things in my college course is that if you are in the business you have just started it, the best way to promote your products and let it known to the targeted customers is to publish it through promotional items. For example, the orthodontics that I went to have just started their clinic around Hulen and I shall say they are not so big that yet and they only got like 3 employees so far including the assistants and the orthodontics himself. So what they do is give out some free t-shirts to their clients that come to their office. When that client wear their t-shirt and go to the grocery store or somewhere and people see it, they will recognize that certain ortho clinic is providing braces or other services that they might be interested in.
